I'm still having problems posting anything here. is it just me or is it QVC's site? I can't quote or make any corrections and the screen page is huge. is anyone in the Q doing something to remedy this?

Hello @freakygirl 7 @mzlg - Can you tell me what devices you are using? Desktop/iphone/ipad/tablet?

@Eva-QVC, HP Laptop  (or is that considered a  Desktop?)  Thank you for your response ... I have read some other posts/comments that there still is/are some on-going issues that the Q is trying to correct ... so my situation is just lumped up with those & it is not a big deal ... I am able to type in the individual's name after the @ ... it is just that I/we have become spoiled with these various shortcuts.  Thank you again and have a good day.

P.S. ... so far I have not had a problem with editing ... just did it!

Laptops and desktops use the desktop version of the site, while mobile devices use a mobile version, which is why they need that. They also need to know which operating system you use, so HP lets them know that you're probably using Windows vs Mac, but doesn't tell them which version - Windows 7, 10, etc.

If you ask for help, it's always good to include the computer/mobile device type, the operating system, and the browser you are using. That will help anyone else help you. Smiley Happy

I'm using a Samsung pad and can't do any editing.  I'm happy to report that the hearts I give are now hearts and not thumbs up.

I use an iPad, and l can't edit while posting unless l backspace, and in some cases that means practically starting from scratch. The cursor won't appear.  And after the post is submitted, l can't edit it at all. It has been this way since last weekend.
