I'm currently on a chat with a representative, who isn't answering my questions directly.

I'm getting conflicting information on a return, that I recall was eligible for holiday return policy, as the item was purchased during the christmas in july event.  How can I get this resolved.  I want to purchase an upgraded kit, which is on extended delivery right now, I plan to return the item I purchased in July, which did not ship until august when the new one arrives.  Who can assist me with this? I cannot call someone at this time.
