I purchased a Kindle fire 2 pack bundle on 11/25/2018. I gifted one to my granddaughter and one to my grandson. My granddaughter's wouldn't turn on. I called the Customer Service line on 12/26/2018. I asked if I need to return both the Kindle Fires. I was told I only would have to send in the Kindle Fire that was defective. I sent it back on 12/27/2018.

I contacted the Customer Service Dept today(01/10/2019) and found out that they can not send me a replacement, because their representative was wrong, i needed to send them both back. What am i supposed to do now?

I also bought the Square Trade plan.

Any suggestions on what i am supposed to do?

Qvc has the same Kindle Fire in a single pack still on the website. Why can't the defective one be replaced with one of those.

@vickyp, did you call Square Trade?  A couple of years ago I bought the 2 Kindle Fire deal. Gave to my grandsons. One of the screens cracked. I (actually my son) had to only send back the broken one. They emailed me the address label that included shipping.  It sounds like you sent it back to QVC? I would still call Square Trade and explain the situation. They might have a solution. The rep should have explained the procedure in detail. Good luck!

No, I called QVC first, it was the first day it was used. Qvc had the Janurary return policy. The representive told me I only had to send in the defective one. So now they have the defective one and won't send me a replacement as I requested. They refunded the money, I was just going to purchase a single one, but now they are not running the special, so they are $80.00 more. What I don't understand is WHY DON'T they BACK what the REPRESENTIVE TELLS the CUSTOMER!!!!

Yeah, the one I gave my granddaughter doesn’t work either. I have the same issue. I didn’t buy SquareTrade and I can’t return both tablets cause I sent her mine. She’s 8 for gosh sakes and it was her Christmas gift from grandma. I stopped using QVC over 30 years ago and now most of the same problems are still here. So disappointing

They should sell working items. I got a dead one too.

Actually I had issues with both of mine. The one working one was already registered to someone else so it wasn’t even new. I had to call amazon to get it registered
