help with missing delivery

I was hoping you could help me with this.  My package was delivered to the wrong address and the USPS will not assist me unless the package was insured.  Does QVC insure their packages and, if yes, how could I get proof of the insurance?  Thank you.

definitely email the social team.

they helped me with a missing package last week.

they responded to my email promptly and sent out a replacement.
