if I order the TSV today for a birthday present in July, would QVC accept a return if needed?

@alllibaba

We would be happy to accept this as a gift return if for some reason you wished to return it.

I think the OP is trying to ask if she buys a TSV item now as a gift and gives it to the recipient in July when the birthday occurs, would it still be eligible for return after that amount of time, obviously more than 30 days?

Who would have to return it to QVC, the recipient or the original purchaser?

Yes, it's still eligible for return. The 30 days will begin the day the gift is presented to the recipient.

That would be your choice. If the recipient returns the gift, he or she would have to create a QVC membership account and contact customer service at 1800-367-9444 and a representative will flag the account to refund the receipient's account.  If the purchaser chooses to return the gift, then she can simply follow the return instructions on the invoice.

Something does not seem right. I thought you couldn;t return a purchase after 30 days. Has that changed?

Now I get it. Because itĹ› a gift, the time starts when the purchase is given to the person.

But this means that anyone can do this and say it;s a gift. Very interesting.

Exactly, how are they to distinguish what someone bought as a gift vs someone just returning something after the 30 day window and then saying it was a gift purchase. I don't trust this.
