fitbit advanced order?

I have a fitbit charge 2 on the advanced order for 7-31-17. I just checked it today and now it says it is back ordered? Did that happen to anyone else? I never got a e-mail from QVC letting me know.

No, mine came a few days ago. They're already in my great grandson's hands, and he is very happy.
