QVC is getting worse on ship & delivery.  As a company, you'll have to pick up the pace to compete with all the other options out there (Amazon, Macy's, etc.).  Even HSN is outpacing you at times....and they're slooooow!

I agree.  Even for items that are in stock and on clearance, I am noticing, is taking 3 sometimes 4 days to even leave the warehouse.  I don't know if this is a "human problem" (lack of help) or a maching problem.  Amazon has machines now that pick, order, etc and some all automatic. It is taking much longer for items to reach my home.  You are also correct that HSN seems to be faster these days.

QVC has nothing to do with delivery times. Once an item is turned over to a shipper, it's literally out of their hands. Shipping time is under their control and needs improvement.mm

@Dragon Jane

With so many complaints about the speed of shipping I decided to check my own order history. Since June 1 through today everything has shipped within 4 days with the exception of 1 item. That one took 5 days but the majority in 3 days. I am very satisfied with the shipping timeframe of the items I have ordered. I've ordered 30 items. This includes clothing, home decor, kitchen gadgets, ear buds and food.

I do have to say in May there were delays I have never experienced before but it wasn't a concern since they notified us of their shipping issues at the Ontario facility.

I feel this always needs repeating, don't purchase your items from QVC if they are needed by a specific date. Like Ron Popeil says, I order it then forget about it. Once I receive notice it shipped I will look at the date it is expected. No stress, no worries.

Shipping and delivery times seem slow to me. I ordered a set of LocknLock on the 5th and it still says "preparing your order". I know QVC doesn't have control over delivery times, but they do have control over shipping times. I think 10 days is way too long to prepare an order. My shopping on QVC has been drastically reduced because of this.

Seeing Macy's used an example of good shipping and delivery makes me laugh.  I have stopped ordering from Macy's altogether because they take forever (sometimes more than 10 days) to ship and they send everything separately which is ridiculous.

I ordered 2 eyeliners and some clothing in my last order and even the two eyeliners were sent in separate tiny boxes.

I have been extremely lucky over the years in all my ship times.  The Exception is Lug, those always took forever to ship and to get here.

If I am in a hurry for something, I never order from the Q.  To me thats just common sense.

Wishing the rest of you the best on getting your orders.

QVC doesn't sell life sustaining items.

From years of shopping here, I think we all know they are not the fastest.

Thus, I never order if I am in a hurry!
