Why is it that customer can't really address an issue as for late shipments, etc. All they say is so sorry for the late delivery, etc. We need somebody on the upper chain that can handle issues, instead of a person just saying sorry, that doesn't solve the problem when calling or asking for an explaation

@montanashawn, at the bottom of the page under the Connect with Us the last link is for feedback. Not certain who reads the feedback, but they do respond. It may be worth a try asking there.

Like @Etoile308 stated, you are most likely not going to get help here as this is a forum. If you have feedback then do as she advised. If you need help contact the social team.

There are only so many reasons something can be late and I'd say  at least 75% of the time it's because of a vendor having to ship or a UPS issue.  The rest can be issues getting the inventory in to ship out.  Plus they've had an issue out of the Ontario California warehouse.   Not sure what other explanation they can give you.  Once it's in the hands of the carrier, they no longer have control of it.

There is a culture at QVC, as there is in most large corporations, that they don't air their problems in public. There is an obvious shipping problem.  I've got 11 orders in "preparing your order" status going on over a week.  Problems may be related to recent upgrades at the Ontario, Ca., warehouse or it may be something else.

All orders ship and are received in due time, just later than usual.  If you have a deadline, best to shop locally.

I have more B & M stores than I can count here in the Philly area, but I shop at QVC because I like a lot of the products that they carry.

Just today I was in Boscov's, JC Penney, and Macy's, and I received some compliments on my QVC Dennis Basso raincoat.

A delayed shipment from QVC is never life or death, because there are no medical or criitcal food issues involved.  You also have 30 days for returns AFTER product arrival.

When the item gets to my house, I am happy, and yes, slow downs are annoying, but cannot always be resolved no matter who gets involved.

Many of us have been shopping here for decades, and we are used to the process.

Patience is always a part of shopping online instead of in person!

Does anyone know if QVC orders that are on Clearance can be returned?  I haven't been able to get through to Customer Service.
Thank you in advance.

It's been this way for at least 10-15 years. With Q's finances in the toilet, I doubt they are willing to spend money to improve something like this.

I get orders from other retailers in a matter of days. I also get better prices and better promo codes elsewhere. Why buy from a company when you get these kinds of headaches?

Yes, Clearance items can be returned, but Final Clearance items cannot.
