I have been a long time QVC customer. I am very frustrated with orders lately. I have had lost packages. Still waiting on refunds. But my biggest frustation is with an order that I sent back for an exchange. I needed a different size but same color. They sent the wrong color. It took days to get customer service and they offered no help. Now I feel like I need to keep an item I didn't want.  Very disappointed, thier mistake... May have to stop ordering ,
