Can returns be put in the same package and only pay one return fee? What if the addresses on the return labels are different - do they still credit you the return if it's sent to the wrong place?

The addresses are different for a reason ... they need to be sent to the correct address.  If you are returning multiple items in one box, you will be charged the shipping fee for each item.  You can find your answers here:

I've returned 2 or 3 items (clothing) in one bag, going to same address.  I was still charged by the number of items I returned.  It didn't matter it was in one bag.

When I return multiple items (as long as it's same address, you must pay attention) I send in one box. It's usally far less money.

When I return multiple items, I never use their label, and pay my own shipping. It is so much cheaper this way, and I do not get charged for each item. On occasion, if I am charged a return shipping cost, a quick on-line chat to CS gets it credited back with no problem. They usually do not ask for the USPS tracking number, but I always have it handy if needed. Lately, returns have been processed pretty quickly. As the previous poster listed, don't combine different products, like electronics, or jewelry, etc., because they have a different return addresses.
