I didn't stair step the shipping label on the return package, just attached the return slip to each package and I was only charged one return fee.

@Cwoldie That is what I have done as well and only charged for one return fee.  I remember a post that was here where someone was asking about that and one of the moderators confirmed you would only be charged one return fee.
