I am extremely frustrated & disappointed.  In the past,  I have been able to return multiple items in 1 box,  with 1 return shipping fee.  Not anymore.  Many items are now being shipped without invoices,  meaning I have to go online & print a return invoice & return label per item.  So,  on the average,  total cost for 1 item to ship to me & return,  is about $10,  with nothing to show for it.  Right now,  with this new method,  I have to do 4 separate returns & will be out about $40.

I have been a customer for years,  with about 90% of my closet filled with items from QVC,  along with other items for our home.  Sadly,  I have to say goodbye to shopping with QVC.  Makes no sense to spend that much money & have nothing.  

To management, I say,  other companies ship numerous items with one shipping charge & 1 return shipping charge.  Why can't QVC do the same?

I agree with you @Jewelry Diva Deb , I now buy nothing that I will have to pay to return. Which limits me to food items or those items I am 200% positive I am keeping or will only return if it is damaged.

If you want to return multiple items from different orders in one box you're better off just paying for the shipping yourself using your own lable instead of QVC's.  Just make sure they don't deduct their own return shipping charges.  You pretty much have to watch this like a hawk.

@Jewelry Diva Deb.  I don't know about you, but when I return multiple items in one package, I've been charged a return shipping fee for each item.  It has been this way for years.  I still do it for my convenience.

Shipping no matter how you do it has gotten high ....

I have returned multiple items in one box for years with printing my own label, not the QVC one.

Usually, the shipping is much lower in price, than sending each one separately, as mentioned on this thread.

Once I returned multiples with their label, and was charged for each item. Never again.

However, the return credit using your own printed QVC address, will take a little longer. Just make sure you get a tracking # from the USPS to watch, and make sure you are not charged the return fee.  If you do, a quick chat or call to CS will have that refunded.

I agree regarding charges. I realized maybe twenty plus years ago that if I placed mulitiple items in one return I was charged shipping, and handling for each one.

So ...I have been making individual returns...also never any return problems with individual tracking.
