That happened to me twice in 2 days. Both times, I log out of QVC and reboot my computer. All went fine for that one single order, but had to do it again today. I'll keep doing it, if I have to, to get my rebate as well.

I have been having the same issue today. Took the steps you suggested and still will not let me place an order.
