@MalteseMomma   When I've gotten that msg when placing an order, I just continue on ignoring it and everything comes out okay.  I sure don't stop and calls.

The same thing has been happening to me today. I placed my order by phone with automated ordering with no problem. So that tells me, it is a problem with their website.

Although the website has improved since the holidays, it is still in serious need of debugging.  Sometimes I can't sign in; sometimes I can't access videos of jewelry I want to see.  It is a million small things that don't happen at other websites.  I don't understand why a company this size doesn't have a better site.🙍

I kept getting the same message today...so I just backed out and tried the transaction again and it worked. If it's the site I hope they find and or work out the issues soon.

This has happened to me less than a handfull of times in many years.  Hmmm, weird
