Well, according to QVC's own shipping information...

• Premium Delivery: Order before Noon ET on a business day and the package may deliver on the next business day. Orders placed after Noon ET may take additional days to deliver.

All my order problems have been on the delivery end. I don't think any shipper (that includes QVC) has any control once packages are sent off.

That's true but from the OP's post it seems that QVC hasn't even shipped the item.

The KEY word here is, "may" deliver.  I have found that using "may" and "most likely" get the shipper off the hook. 

And, oh how I dislike strangers using terms of endearment to address me!  Only family and close, personal friends have that privilege.
