Are you being billed on a Q card?  Have you talked to customer service?  What does the problem seem to be?

I had the same problem with so called "easy pay" return. These issues are now dealt with by Synchrony bank which turned into a big problem. I will never buy anything else on easy pay and probably will not shop with QVC ever again.

Have you called QVC to ask if they received your return or checked the tracking to make sure they received it?

If they received your return but have not issued credit QVC needs to issue credit so your account shows a 0 balance. This is not going to happen on it's own you will have to check it out so you can take care of it.

The longer you wait & not pay the bill late charges plus finance charges will accumulate.

If it was me I would pay the bill in full until I could get it straightened out & Synchrony Bank can issue a check for the refund.

@GizmosMom

Synchrony Bank does not issue the credit for returns. QVC has to issue credit when they receive it. That information goes to Synchrony Bank which is applied to your account at the Bank.

The information on your credit card statement is all received by the Bank from QVC.

@Wayne, May I ask. How does the Q figure sales tax? I live in upstate S.C. Sales tax is 6 1/2 %. However, checking tax on all previous bills it seems to be higher. Please do not misunderstand. I have never been not satisfied with the Q. Just wondering how taxes are figured. Many thanks to all reps for cust. care. Each of you always try to help custs. Many thanks

@sligo  Hi,

The formula for figuring sales tax is...
Product Cost (P$) + S&H (if applicable) X Tax Rate = Order Total

Hope this helps,

@susan, I sincerely appreciate your kind and quick reply. However, Adding in all these numbers state tax being charged is not correct. Can you please tell me what tax rate is being applied to my orders? A sincere thank you.
