I am getting tons of emails saying my review is live from reviews I have done last year!  Is anyone else getting these annoying emails?

Yep.  I got one and couldn't figure out why.  I haven't posted a reveiw in months, maybe years.

Yes.  Yesterday and one this morning...

I also got 2 notifications from Racutan that I am getting my cash back...from 5 months ago andn 3 months ago!!!  What is going on????

Sounds like scam to me. I would not click anything sent to me in an email. Could spell trouble.
