Just my personal suggestion.

 

I highly doubt, the most effective way, to get, the best and fastest help, is to post a message, telling QVC, or any company, that they're a disgrace. 

I've always found, the madder I am, the more important it is, to wait, till I calm down, to be a calm, rational person, who has all the necessary information, in front of me.  

That way, I can present the facts, make my case, and do so, without yelling, threatening, name calling; those behaviors are just going to make the person I'm talking to, defensive, and  less eager to help me, no matter, how right I am.

I feel your pain.

 

I am so disappointed with QVC's customer service. They are taking advantage

of the crisis we are experiencing.

 

As much money as they make from us they should be more compassionate and understanding.

 

Maybe we all should stop shopping here.

Frankly I don't know what the problem is at QVC...virus? Growing pains? New warehouse?  Frankly I don' give a darn if there are multiple excuse for lousy customer service.  I will look elsewhere to buy if refunds take months rather than days.  I will shop elsewhere if shipping dates are false.  I will shop elsewhere if customer service is lacking.  It is offensive to have to almost beg for assistance due to a business failing to correct what is wrong and has been wrong for a long time.

@Sushek. I agree but people are just frustrated and disgusted as am I. I suggest writing to corporate otherwise we are just blowing off steam here and getting nowhere. I do know for certain that the W used to have great customer service but in my experience of late I have gotten some very snippy customer service reps and even unwilling to help or resolve an issue. Most of the time you can’t get through to them with a recording saying wait time is more than 15 minutes. If they don’t have enough people to address the needs of customers then they need to hire more people.

Refund for a return not issued, no customer service & QVC continues to charge my credit card. Once my account is settled, I will no longer order from QVC. I'm DONE WITH YOU
