Has anyone else been receiving the "wrong" item even though the invoice has the correct item listed? Or gotten someone else's invoice and item instead of the items you ordered? That has happened to me 3 times in the last 2 months or so. This time it was just very aggravating because the item in my size and color is sold out - not even a backorder and it was a sale price even though it was a new item. And it is even more disappointing because I ordered it for a specific occasion. Thanfully customer service has been really nice about it and on the other two occasions got me the correct item very quickly. Today's was also very nice and said she would put a note in my file so that if it does come back in stock I could get it at the sale price.

And not only was it the wrong item, it was a cold shoulder top which is the fashion trend I HATE the most right now
) It will definitely be going back.

I recently received (and returned) a pair of WWC leggings. I had ordered a LOGO "as is" hoodie. The invoice said LOGO hoodie. The plastic wrapping said LOGO hoodie. But inside the plastic was WWC leggings. So yes, I've received a very wrong item. Annoying, but QVC did not charge any shipping from and back, so I got a full refund.

I've had a few mishaps with as is items, but not regular items.

Yes - I've gotten someone else's order and packing slip inside a package addressed to me a couple times.
The first time it happened and I saw that it was the wrong item, I immediately put it back in the bag, affixed the return label but didn't really look at the packing slip to notice it had someone else's name on it. Lo and behold I didn't get credit because it had someone else's information on the return label so the person whose order came to me got the credit. Luckily I got it straightened out but the next time I looked everything over more carefully.

Today I recieved my order rolled up in a ball ,not inside the clear plastic bag it should have been in. The clear bag was also rolled up in a ball inside the package.
Then to top it off I only have the return label and not the top half ,my invoice . I hope no one can use my info that is on that top half!

Yes! I ordered a LTS dress and received the Lisa Rina TSV. No packing slip inside. Of course the dress I ordered is sold out. Not happy at all!!!

Actually,I think this happens more at this "summer" time when they hire temp summer help!

Absolutely no excuse. I am so tired of receiving incorrect orders. QVC's shipping system is seriously lacking and it hasn't always been like this, what has changed??

Once I received a box from QVC addressed to me, but the packing slip had another name listed on it, and the item inside the box was not an item I ordered.
I contacted CS and explained what had happened and they asked if I would return the item, I was assured that I would NOT be charged shipping back!
In the meantime I had ordered an item and it showed it had shipped and I waited and waited and waited, finally I called CS and explained that I had not received the item, so they had to re-order the item, luckily it was still in stock.
After looking over my statement I noticed a charge for $6.95 (which we know is a return shipping charge) so I called CS yet again, and sure enough they charged me for returning the item they asked me to return.
So YES mistakes happen, and we do have to understand that they will occasionally happen, but this seems to be happening more and more!
Lesson learned, look over your statements with a fine tooth comb, and hold onto all paperwork until you are positive that all has been corrected!
