Thank you QVC CS. I am very impressed with your fast exchange policy! I called yesterday & was told my item would arrive at earliest the day after Christmas, which was fine with me, but low and behold...UPS just delivered my exchange! Wow! Thank you & Merry Christmas!

Have had no experiences during the holiday season but when in the past I have had to contact customer service all the employees have been aces high, in my humble opinion, friendly and extremely helpful.

I have been a customer for many years and remain partially because of the customer service. I have had an item I needed shipped overnight to my vacation because the original item went to someone else. I have received an item meant for someone else and the CS person looked up the customer’s account and immediately rush shipped the same item to her while the Q waited for me to return the item to them. I have not received items on several occasions and the Q promptly sent a replacement - no questions asked. With so many opportunities along the chain for human error to mess up an order, I am surprised things go so well most of the time. I really like doing business with this company.
