Will a Moderator please help me?

I've cancelled an order for the TSV yesterday. It shows me that the order is cancelled in  a message, but then, I checked and it shows in progress.  It's order Order #########

 

I'm confused.

I am sorry for any confusion. I have checked this order and its status is Cancel in progress. We are contacting the vendor to let them know. Thanks for your patience!
