I returned my order of Tarte foundation because the color was way too light and said that I wanted an exchange for another color. I tracked my return and it said it had been handed off to an agent. When I called customer service, they said to wait until today to see if it gets exchanged. I don't see anything in my order status about any exchange. Can you help, please? Thank you so much.
