What I cannot understand is they do not try to help you and find out. Why not one  person in customer service or the QVC Social Team will pick up a phone and call the warehouse is beyond me.  They just sit with their head in the sand and give out the same old answer all the time.  I have sent two messags on here to the Social Team and it was never even acknowledged whatsoever.  Is that the award winning customer service they are talking about?

@abbygirl2014, I believe CS did acknowledge you in another thread you posted earlier.
