@new nickname 4, I suspect that people who disagree with the OP probably have not received new items in an "as is" condition or they might understand her dissatisfaction a bit better! IMO

I must agree with the posters who HAVE had an order that was supposed to be new and have a used item delivered as new.  Great if you want a discount for a used item but some of us don't and furthermore you can NOT give a used item as a gift!

 

It amazes me that posters have to disagree with someone who has a problem or write that they have Not had that problem!  We are happy for you if you haven't but we are trying to let others know that this IS a real problem here at QVC and hopefully someone will correct the problem so it doesn't happen to others!

 

And yes, I have had my share of damaged and dirty items that I had to return which is a hastle!
