I use a laptop, Windows 10 with Edge browser, and have none of those problems.

Sorry to say, but your problems are probably due to the older hardware / software you're using. Websites and apps are made to be compatible with a wide range of software and their many versions. Even so, older versions are often left behind.

It could be the versions you're using.

I use an iPad too and have updated to 15.4.1. I don't have any of those problems.

Seems like the forum doesn't need to be "fixed".

The problem is with your devices and/or programs. So, fix the problems on your end.

@Kitty Galore If you're having a problem on this forum that doesn't appear to be widespread, the first thing you should do is download (if you haven't already done so) another browser. Especially with iPads there are problems with the interface between Safari and the QVC computer system. You can go back and forth between your Safari and another briwser. A couple of good ones were mentioned in this thread.
