I wanted to send Barbara Kings set ot ducks to a relative to cheer them after surgery. Link wouldn't let me because I already had someone at that address on my mailing list. Tried to delete that person and add relative I wanted to send the gift to. No luck! I had to send to person on my list. This takes away from the gift surprise. This makes no sense to me, there is often more than one person at same address.Could you please explain.

It sounds like a glitch....I've changed person's name by first removing the first person - and leaving the same address.    (removed husband's name and changing to wife's name)  Or deleting the entire thing and then entering all new.  Doubt if it was your fault.

Thanks fthunt, I'll try again although I tried to remove husbands name and it wouldn't come off. Now it says in process even though I just ordered yesterday.
