I have paypal credit and I wanted to use it for a purchase. When I chose it for payment they asked for DOB & ss# like I was applying for it.  I did a live chat with someone and told them that I wanted to use my paypal but it looked as if I was applying for it.  She assured me that they were just verifying my account and not applying.  I tried again and the samething they wanted me to check the box agreeing to applying .  I again did a chat with someone else and I was told that they couldn't use my existing account that I would need to apply to use for QVC purchases.  Why doesn't QVC have it like many other places that if you click on using paypal it takes you to to paypal?  They shouldn't even offer it.

I tried using it once, & I don't understand this Paypal method. All I know is that it's not the same way Paypal normally works.

Wasn't aware QVC offered PayPal. Sounds like QVC isn't interested in having customers use that method of payment. Perhaps QVC isn't interested in utilizing it often? Remember it costs QVC to use PayPal. They would prefer you use the QCard or your credit card. It is interesting that none of the hosts mention PayPal as an option.

i use paypal credit sometimes. it is easy to use.

when i pay with that, i then check out when the charge appears on my paypal homepage. once it shows up i immediately pay it by transferring money from my paypal account to my paypal credit account.

@sunshine45  Do you use it from QVC?  When I tried it was going apply for a paypal account which I already have.  It wouldn't take me to paypal like the other places do.

@Kim-QVC  Thanks Kim, but when picked to use my paypal it asked for me to consent applying for credit.  It made it look like I was apply for credit.  As mentioned earlier a CS person I spoke with said that I couldn't use my existing account.

i get the "you are applying for credit" box that pops up each time, but once i click on the "accept" button it then takes me to my order page. i have my paypal credit information stored on qvc.

why so much confusion on PAYPAL?   make it customer user friendly as it is on every other site!

I prefer to use PayPal, but have never been able to with the Q.  I don’t want PayPay credit, just direct PayPal.
