Why is it taking so long to ship my wine order? Contacted CS - told the don't ship over the weekend ?? Live chat tells me to wait for an e-mail answer? Surely, there has to be a better answer!

mine was the set of 12 mixed box and it is still showing as "in process" with a estimated delivery date of 2/24/17.
no worries for me.....i still have plenty of bottles of wine to keep me company before these arrive. ![]()

I received mine in two days but I live in California and it was shipped from Hopland, CA. But......I will say, it's worth waiting for! Love the rose!

@Beezer2So glad to hear that - I ordered just 3 bottles of rose. It was a sort of experiment because I usually am not in love with rose.. I put it on AD just in case I really like it though.

This is a pet peve of mine here at the Q. I have gone through this so many times I do not know why I order from here.
They have no tracking and this is an order that needs to be signed for!!!! so you need to be at home. Then it takes weeks and weeks to arrive.
I have cancelled so many A/D's for this reason.
I am awaiting a delivery now that again has NO tracking at all. I cancelled my a/d again.
I belong to 2 wine clubs, with excellent tracking!!!
I must be nuts if I EVER,EVER order wine from the Q again!!!!!
NOT EVER!!!!!!!!!

My order is still showing pending and my EDD was today (2/23). No delivery yet! I ordered the 12 bottles mixed.
