   Mods...someone....

         I ordered Lock and Lock Christmas bags/bowls item #K47521 on October 21, 2018.  As of today - November 11, 2018, I have not received my order!!! I kept thinking...it is coming.... 

        When I check my order, there is a tracking # , shipped  on October 23rd!  After that there is no information????

        I called Customer Service today and they are not available???  Q phone person was very nice, but could not help me at this time!!

       Please someone get back in touch with me.  Am I getting the order or not??? Refund or replacement???

I apologize that you have not received your lock & lock bowls. It seems the bowls were scanned 10/24 in Phoenix AZ with no further movement. I have issued you a no cost replacement set and you should have these 11/14.

I did an Advance Order on Leonettis Holiday Stromboli on Sept 22 to be shipped 11/5..Still havent received word that it has even been shipped and today is the 13th and cant really get a good answer from anyone..WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Still looking for my order or some kind of communication on where/when this will be shipped..Made an Advance Order on Sept 22 for 11/5 delivery (still havent received) for Leonettis Holiday Stromboli...Someone really needs to call Leonettis and find out what is going on...this is getting ridiculous and bad on QVC's part for not following up and getting an answer

Does the delay in shipment have to do with the salmonella turkey recall? Customers really need to know and QVC needs to get to the bottom of this and let us all know
