I placed an order early in the day when California Innovations insulated bags were the TSV.  The order was supposed to be delivered by July 9, 2025,  Now the order status says backorder.  I swear every item I have ordered in the last 6 months has had an issue, either the order never being processed, delivery of a defective product, or shipping the wrong size/color. What is going on QVC????

I agree their shipping is pretty bad. and to add insult to injury, within a half hour of ordering, its already pending and order can't be changed. I got CI insulated bags yesterday; Im on the east coast. Ordered on the 3rd, shipped on the 7th, delivered on the 11th.

To state the obvious--if I were having as many problems with a retailer as you seem to be, I would be shopping elsewhere.  There is nothing on QVC that can't be found somewhere else.

I stil haven't received the Joan Rivers tsv from June 27.  I have decided that if I am going to shop on the Q  I will have to accept delays.

You may want to figure out if you want to shop here, or if it is worth your aggravation.

Received mine (Safari) in PA four days after placing order.

Plus this order came out of Middletown PA warehouse which is only 90 min. from my house.

@Peabelly. I've recent been able to cancel two orders up to 3hrs after I placed them.

@Fofina. Often when a TSV  immediately goes to backorder, it means there's been a delay in maritime shipping and it hasn't yet arrived in the warehouse.  The TSVs are scheduled months in advance.
