Hi, I ordered Linea Blue Bayou kimono jacket on June 15. It was shipped from Ontario, California and I live in California. On June 19 tracking shows packaged transferred to post office in Livermore. I talked to them and they said they do not have it and to contact the seller. I e-mailed you and was told to wait until June 29. Today is June 30 and my package is nowhere.

I feel your pain. I had an HSN order and an Amazon order, both placed around the same time as your order, both coming from California. They both finally arrived yesterday, 6/29, at 9:30 PM. All UPS'S fault, in these cases.

@Love Linea Contact the mods by email at QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com including your order number and tell them whether you want a refund or replacement, if available.

You contact them through an email and they answer you by an email. I have always had quick resolution from them when doing it this way.
