What happened to return status?

I returned an item using the QVC return label on March 23rd. I checked the status and the return was posted and finally showed received by QVC on March 31st. I checked the status again on April 12th because I had not received my refund yet. Nothing had changed, information still there. April 13th I called CS no information at all on my return. Tracking information is no longer posted nor have I received a refund. Is the system in update mode?

Did you try phoning CS or doing a live chat?  I always get my answer one of those two ways.

I am having the same problem.  Yesterday, return notifications showed two returns in one bag were received by QVC. Return tracking notifications posted showing the package was picked up by USPS and received by QVC for return 4 days ago.  

 

No refunds given.  

 

Today, all that was removed making it look like the two orders were not returned at all

 

Social Team told me they can't help with refunds.  CS doesn't see what we saw, so I guess we will have to wait to see what happens in the next few days.

I had a return delivered to QVC on March 22 and I am still waiting for a refund.  It was a few clothing items in one package.  I just checked my tracking status and the information is still there. I made a copy of it in case it disappears. 

 

This is the longest I've had to wait for a refund - even longer than after the holidays.  I may call CS in a few days to see if they can help me.  On the plus side, the return processing delay has stopped me from ordering any more clothing which is probably for the best.

Ladies - I have to say that Free People and Anthropologie give refunds immediately, or at least a few days after I mail an item back, at the latest!

QVC is especially terrible at refunding - first of all they take weeks sometimes to mail an item out, then it takes another week or so to receive it.  Whenever I've mailed anything back, it's a good month or more of phone calls where I'm told 'the item has not been received by us yet' or 'it's been received but has to be processed', blah blah blah.

I always do get a refund though, eventually!

Oddly, later today the option to track my return was available on my tablet, but not my PC. I took a screen capture just in case it disappears again.

I want to know what they did to the "return a item" page. Someone touched this page, tweaked to to the poiint of not even working properly. i hate it, makes it almost impossible to process a return. Once this past week it would not even work for me. I had to print off a page for the item from my 'view order' and tweak it myself to indicate I was making a return on the item. I then had to go through the info pages to make my own address label. 

 

The returns page has worked for me in the past since they've changed it but still it is awful and difficult to sue.
