What Has Happened to the Forum?

Today, I logged out for a few hours, which is normal. When I logged back in several hours later, all the Forum threads, in every category is showing that I've read everything and there are no new posts in that thread for me to catch up.

 

Usually, threads I have not read, or threads with new posts are bold.  In addition, when I click on a thread I've read previously, it takes me right to the newest thread for me to continue with the number of posts I have not seen yet.  Now, every thread indicates I've read everything.  All new posts, in every thread is "0." 

 

Is is anyone else having this issue?

I am sorry for the confusion but as I am sure you are aware, we have had a host of technical issues over the last couple of days.For which I am mightily sorry....a couple of hours ago, IT took down all platforms and then brought them back up and things should be back to normal now. (fingers crossed) I think what happened is the Community Forum platform lost some details in the last power up. this should improve as we go forward. Thank you for being a part of our community...

          @Caaareful Shopper, There's an option that's far too easy to hit by accident, called "Mark all Posts in Community as Read."    It's under "Quick Links" on the left side of the screen.   Unless other people report this problem (I'm not seeing it...  most of the threads are still showing posts I haven't yet read), it's probably not a part of this massive system problem.    With it being so close to the words "Sign Out," I've come very close to hitting it by mistake many times especially on my mobile device or when the screen jumps.

@Beth-QVC What I left out was I had a glass of wine with friends in that time I was away from the forums, so I was starting to think by some strange occurrence I actually did read about the hockey championship in Sports, or Samsung Galaxy issues in Electronics  --  Nope.  LOL LOL 😂
