I know others are seeing the same thing I am, we try to go to the forum pages and get a huge list of single word text of every category of product that QVC sells, and it takes an eon to scroll down to the actual forum page, and you click on it, and get that same loooooooooooooooooog line of text again, and you scroll forever to get to the next thread or whatever. It seems to be happening to all kinds of devices and operating systems, as I am running something different than most of the posts have referenced, yet I am getting the problem, too. I did find a work-around that saves some annoyance, though, I'll get to that in a minute.
I am honestly wondering if QVC is doing this on purpose, making the forums so hard to use that we don't, so they can do away with them like they really want to? If they are doing this deliberately, they'll eliminate the work-around I found, and am going to describe to you, to keep making the forums as hard as possible to use. Or maybe they won't, because they know that will give them away? Either way, here's what helps, even if it doesn't fix the problem, it makes things easier.
In the upper left corner of my laptop's screen, when all that text is sitting there in that humongous line in the middle of the screen, are four lines of text. The last line says "skip to footer". Click on it and it takes you to the bottom of that giant page, and you can scroll up just a little bit to get to the forums. You still have to scroll, but it's WAY less than going from the top down. I hope this work-around helps all of you who are fighting with this forum display issue!

Yes someoone mentioned the footer work around Saurday i think. Thank you.
Look, if QVC wanted to shut the forum board down, they do not need to play games. They could announce it ( or not even) and just do it. We do not pay a subscription. They owe us nothing. Highly unlikely they are making the glitch happen for that reason. Why the social team does not address it is odd.

They have responded to a few posts and at least one email that they are aware of the problem, it is most likely the result of the recent updates to the site, and they are "working on it".
I think someone with knowledge of IT and social forums once mentioned that these forums are outsourced. So I'm assuming they need to be integrated into the Q's main (shopping) software somehow. Whenever there is a major glitch like this it takes quite a while to be fixed.

If it is an update to the website that is causing these problems, why are only some having the problem and others are not. Someone mentioned that it seems to be regional. I live in Georgia and I use a MacBook Air and either Safari or Chrome. I have not had any problems at all with logging on to the forums or the QVC main page. Nothing is different for me than it has always been. Others have said the same thing. So unless it is regional I can't imaging why some are experiencing this and others are not.

It can't be regional. I live in NY and have two Dell laptops. The old one, using Chrome, has no problem; the forums look as they should. The newer one, using either Chrome or Edge, does have the problem. Baffling to say the least.

This is weird. Could it be different software on the computers? I am not very tech savvy. But I see posters saying that they can't read reviews, can't place orders, and now this weird thing with the forums and I have never had these problems. I have read different posters from different areas of the country say that they have no problems when signing on to the forums. Why would the website be accessible with some computers and not others if it is a website issue? I hope when they find and fix the glitch that's causing these problems it doesn't cause my computer to start having issues with the "new and improved" website. But you never know.

They're always on the ball if there's an issue with the sales part of their site. LOL

I'm in the NC mountains and have only been getting in on my cell for 2 days.
I'm getting the blue list too when I use my desk top. Grrrrr....

Another strange thing about this is that forum users who were having no problems suddenly start having the same problem as everyone else. I've been fine using my iPhone, iPad, and desktop PC throughout this whole thing, then last night I noticed that my iphone now has the "wonky QVC forum" problem. Ipad and desktop PC are still fine. That's definitely not regional, and I didn't change anything on my phone - it just suddenly happened. (Cue Twilight Zone music.)

As I would expect they would. This part of their website is a convenience for a small percentage of customers. Plus it is not uncommon to read posts by active members who write that they don't watch or shop QVC any more. Therefore, while a section of their website that does get good traffic, it may or may not result in sales.
