I had return several items, one of which were two pairs of the same sneaker in different colors. I got the refund a couple of weeks ago for some items, including one of the pair of sneakers, but not for the other and some other items!!!!

 

It looks very shady!!!

 

Most of the items didn't even come with the shipping label so I paid from my own pocket.

 

I'm going to send an email detailing all what was returned,  but QVC is not refunding everything!!! Buyer beware!!

@jtammyg - As strange as it may seem, sometimes items returned at the same time may not be fully processed at the same time. If you're concerned, I'd suggest calling customer service so you can chat about all the details without waiting for responses back and forth. Alternately, you could send the email message you mentioned with all your order and return details to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com for assistance. That team is specially trained and always provides top-notch service. Good luck!

As far as the label, you could have printed one from the website.  You would still pay the fee for their label which for most items is $6.95

I've only returned multiple items together if they were from same order and shipped together.  I've been receiving receipts and return labels with every order lately.
