Website top taskbar

Hi I must have messed something up as since yesterday the top banner on the website is gone.  This is the row with the search box, login, etc.  How do I get it back?  Thanks!

See if there is a chevron that you can click on.

Thank you for the input.  I was finally able to get that top bar back by clearing the cache on my tablet.  Hope this may help someone else.
