Website issues and tv programming

I am tired of all the changes to the website.  They have not updated it to be user friendly.  Hard to read reviews or leave a review.  Tired of seeing the Hmmmm something went wrong . No nothing went wrong.  Why when shows have been previously recorded does that not appear anymore?  And they say live programming starts at 7am but I've taped shows at 2 am that are new.  I have Directv .  Lots of issues, please if it's not broke, don't mess with it!!

Re: Website issues and tv programming

There has always been live programming from 2am to 3 am.

It then stops until 7 am when live programming resumes.

Sounds like you should retire yourself with watching and/or using the website since you don't seem to be happy with QVC.

Rms1854.  Your answer was not helpful.  I've been shopping with QVC for over 30 years.  Things lately are the problem.

Gee, I have DirecTV and don't have any issues watching.  I have seen the 'previously recorded' message all the time on wee hour repeat shows.

Not sure who 'said' live programming starts at 7 am...but if you are getting live shows at 2 am...isn't that a good thing?  I don't understand why more live shows is a bad thing.

I also have no issues on the website.  I do 99.9% of my ordering and shopping online.

I can see all the reviews and leave them no problem.

Many people post that they have trouble using Apple products?

Have you tried switching browsers?

I use Edge on 2 desk tops, Silk on my Kindle and Google Chrome on my Samsung phone.  (don't use the App)

Everybody works fine!

I, like @rms1954, am not having any issues you seem to be having. I use my laptop with Chrome when I go to QVC.com.

Whenever I have issues with any electronics, I ask my son-in-law who is in the IT profession. If you know someone like that maybe they can help you.

Sites do not intentionally make things more difficult, their goal is to make it easier so that users visit their site with ease and make a purchase.

Re: Website issues and tv programming

Same as some of the other ladies have said.  I have directv and never an issue.  Also whether I use my iPad, iPhone or laptop no issues.

Sometimes using a different browser helps with technical issues, especially if the website or app you're trying to use updated and you haven't updated your device.
