Since we know a search without the dash will always work, just take the dashes off your spreadsheet.  Couldn't take that long.

Maybe from now on when you do research on the QVC website you can forestall frustrations by removing the dash when you are saving and then you won't have that step when re-entering later.

So if you want to keep using the dash in the item number, just click on the item photo that pops up, which seems to be the same item you're looking for according to your illustrations.
