I sent back my Revitalign Sneakers due to heal slipping from shoes. I used their return label of $6.95. It was deducted from my refund. Now, they have charged me again on my credit card for the $6.95. I guess you have to watch everything this company does when it comes to refunds. This is just aggravating. This needs a resolution.

Just sent back  for exchange Peria storage  bins  due to defective sippers( get stuck around corners )  . Apparently , no more in stock in the same color so they refunded but  charged me return shipping plus original shipping  on defective item

That's not fair when they automatically charge return shipping for an exchange item, especially if it's defective. I would call Customer Service and get a refund of the $6.95.

I sent an email last evening to QVCsocialteam@qvc..com.  When I sent one  a week ago for another situation, I never received a response. So, hopefully, this will be resolved quickly. I called customer service and got my answer.
