My frustration is beyond measure with ordering on your website runaround!  After minimum of 10 attempts placed order by phone where I was not given my $5.00 discount as a new customer (the reason I placed order in the first place).  Now I will have to keep checking my card acct. to make sure I am not being charged more than once.  THIS IS NOT how I wanted to spend my Christmas.  I honestly believe that runaround was to save you the $5.00
