Walking Away from the Q for a while

In the last 48 hours QVC has wreaked havoc on my bank account and has been blatantly dishonest. I've never had an experience like this so I can only assume the confusion of the situation we are all in is wreaking havoc with them. I'm walking away from QVC @ least until life returns to normal. And it will.

It is happening to me as well-----unauthorized charges/double and triple billing. For so many customers this could lead to overlimit charges, not to mention distrust of the company. Worse yet? QVC IS UNRESPONSIVE AND NEGLIGENT at best.

Then there are people who get an explanation of the "charges" but are unwilling or incapable of understanding.

Haven't ordered for 2 months now, but in case of errors, I did run a check on my account just now where I can see the only charges still there are several EZP's, each to finish their 4th, 5th or 6th payments in May.

Maybe by then the curve where I live will begin to flatten for a while at least.

well I certainly wish this were the case in my situation. unfortunately it's not. I have 2 different cards on file with qvc & for some unknown reason their computers have swapped my ez pays creating mass confusion. there are several glitches affecting qvc & their customers right now. I assure you I am perfectly capable of understanding my charges & have been capable of doing so since I started shopping with qvc many years ago.
