Waitlist Item

Good morning.  I received a cancellation notice today for the Bernini outdoor mat (V57944 in Leaf Brown ordered in June).  I checked on the site for other options and see the mat is available (same #) but at higher price.  Is this typical of waitlist?

I received a letter in the mail letting me know a Philosophy TSV I'd purchased on Auto Ship could not be fulfilled.  This has happened three times only with Philosophy too.😔

@LPinNJ.  No, it's not typical but things have changed.  They probably got a new shipment but at a higher price so they had no Choice.
