I returned 3 items in the middle of May. The order status says arrived at returns center but I still have no merchandise credits. I tried having a live chat but was 56th in line and gave up on that. Can you please check on these? Thanks!

Customer service has been answering the phone, with a few minute wait, and has been very good at handling all issues. 

They have been very helpful to me on the phone and via email and am very grateful.

I just had a customer rep help me with this problem. Only waited a couple minutes.

I have grown gray haired waiting.  Literally.  Woman Frustrated

 

My huge complaint is that something I ordered May 8, got one of them in and it didn't fit, and now I cancel the second one which still has not shipped!  And can't be cancelled.  And won't fit.  

 

One was returned, one is not shipped yet and I am PAYING easy payments still on one.  The one not shipped I guess?  It's supposed to be here May 25.  Really?  AND I'm paying on it?  

 

Don't tell me the computer won't let you do it.  The computer does whatever management says it will do.  I worked in IT WAY too long to believe that one! 

 

I have long upheld QVC but I'm really upset over this mess.  It has nothing to do with customer service.  It isn't their fault.  It's management who won't fix this.

I contacted the social team and one of the items has been refunded!!! The other two now say in transit, not received at returns center!
