I have waited for a package on 11-22-19 i paid with easy pay i checked the order and someone signed it totally wrong i have not got my package i would like a replacement what are my steps to ensure i properly get a replacement before my next easy pay installment

Call customer service and explain what happened, or give a shout out to one of the Mods here, they should be able to help you.

call your CC company or bank and advise them of fraud
