I have sent the email out. As of yesterday I recieved an email stating my package would ship within 48 hours. However, this morning I revieved another email stating I needed to yet again reach out to CS.

I'm still waiting for the refund because the order was canceled yesterday because the item was out of stock but now the item is available on the website for purchase again today.  I replied to the email this morning as well.  I'm just frustrated.

Me too, I don't think they care as much because of the high volume of customers that they have. I am offically beyond flustered!!!!!!!!! Smiley Mad

I'm surprised this happened.  I have sent things to my son in another state and used my billing information which does not match his address.  His address is however listed on my account as a "ship to" address.  Possibly the concern was because it is the holidays and they are concerned about identify theft? 

 

Wish eBay would have been this concerned when my son's ex-girlfriend stole he card number and ID information and order thousands of dollars worth of things and shipped to her new address or Lyft (like Uber) when she hired 44 rides in a month so she didn't have to take a bus to work. It was so easy to use his card over the phone and no one caught it.  He is disputing all the charges and filing a police report against her.

That is pretty intense! I updated my billing information and now the EDD date changed by almost two weeks. I just want the matter resolved because this gift is the BIG gift under the tree this year!!!!!

I gave up on the TV order after the refund.  They gave me a credit for the inconvenience so I used it for something else and will get the TV from Walmart that has a similar model for $200 less anyway.  Just wanted the convenience of Easy Pay but it wound up being more than easy.

@jesmann you probably made the right decison as Walmart has a 90 day return policy should something go wrong which is good since this is a big-ticket item.
