So I placed my first order on QVC for a 55 in TCL Roku TV on Wednesday 11/29 with EDD 12/7 it was marked as shipped on Thursday 11/30 and got an email Friday 12/1 with a tracking number. The tracking number showed up in my UPS My Choice as Billing Information Received and delivery date Tuesday 12/5.
On Monday 12/4 the tracking information never updated from Billing Information Received so I contacted chat customer service and apparently the original order is lost from the vendor and was offered a refund or replacement order. I asked for the item as soon as possible so a replacement order was placed and shows UPS Signature Priority with an EDD of Tuesday 12/5. The order currently shows "In Process: 12/6/2017".
On Wednesday 12/6 I contacted chat customer service to follow up and was told it was in process to ship and the tracking number would update in 24-48 hours. I clarified that meant that it was actually shipping that day but the tracking number wouldn't update right away. Since I'm signed up for UPS my choice when a label is created to me it would automatically appear and has not. I couldn't get clarification if UPS Signature Priority was Next Day or 2nd Day from UPS either.
Any help would be appreciated.

@Anonymous I replied to the email ID rather substitute a similar TV of the same price than wait 3-5 days for a refund to order again and may not place a new order if have to wait.

I too placed an order for the Nintendo Switch on the same day as you. The original EDD was set for the 8th of December. However, because I did not want my spouse to know where the gift was coming from I had the billing and shipping sent to my work. In doing so, the credit card and billing did not match. I contacted Customer Service over 10 times and got sent ot the Financial Department. No one has returned my call since September 30th. I finally decided to email and they told me the billing did not match my card information. So I logged into my account updated my billing information and now as of today, the status is showing, Contact CS and the EDD has been changed to the 18th of December. I am beyond overwhelmed with this process especially being that I am a first time customer with QVC. I hope you recieve your item when the EDD says you will!

Well the email said it was out of stock and now waiting for a refund to place a new order for a different TV of the same price. I'm waiting for the refund so who knows when I'll receive it since the replacement was going to be expedited but I guess I'm starting over as a new order and standard delivery. I got a small credit on my account and noted they will do 6 easy payments rather than 4 which is offered on the other brand. I'm still not happy because the original EDD was today and now looking at at least 10 more days or more depending on how long the refund takes to apply to my card. I did get an email from qvc saying it was processed.

Wow, this whole process is intense! They emailed me this morning at midnight stating that my order is in the process of shipping. But of course the online status still shows in process on one screen and on the other screen it still shows contact CS.. I am spazzing out with the holidays right around the corner. I am stressing to much about this especially being that this is the big gift for my spouse this year.

I ordered a TV from Wal-Mart Black Friday week-end. It shipped immediately and arrived on Thursday of that week.

Buy from QVC and you are taking a chance you will never get your order. delivery of electronics from the manufacturer often seems to be problematic at best.

I'm still waiting for the refund on my card. I have two order options in mind but don't want to wait until next week because it's already the 8th. The funds can be taken from a card immediately when ordering why can't they be refunded that quickly especially when it's qvc error that the item is not available.
