Return, get a refund, go to local store, try out mattresses, pick one out, delivery is next day, happy customer. Woman Happy

Trying to!  But can't get a refund until they pick up the wrong bed.

Go to a local,store and try out the mattresses for yourself.  Buy one, get it delivered and have the QVC mattress returned.

I wouldn't make this type of purchase from a shopping channel either but really, how much do you try a mattress in a store?  You lie on it for a couple minutes.  So in reality, you can't tell if you are going to like it or not. 

 

And once even a local store delivers your mattress and takes your old one, you are in the same boat if you hate it.  You have to go through having the old one picked up and a new one delivered.

ANOTHER UPDATE -- Just received the call that the bed will be picked up on 11/23.  So it will be 3 weeks that we've had the wrong mattress.  AND 3 weeks without a refund.  Also, I removed the "heart" that was given to the QVC Rep that posted on this thread --I sent an email to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com as instructed and never received a reply.

Not that much difference between the 2 I'd keep it.

Hi Sharke, we have a platform bed and unfortunately it will not fit. 

 

It's 6 inches too wide and 5 inches too long all the way around.  :-(
