I used to pay for return shipping myself. No clue if they did it right. I don't have time to track it and figure out their math. I just hope they do it right. I would not be surprised if their lack of return info is intentional.

When emailing the social team, tho, the response is quick and courteous.

This has happened to me when I ship myself.  I keep everything until I see that I wasn't charged for return shipping.  If it is jewelry I tend to ship myself with Pirateship much cheaper than getting charged $7 and they get it faster.  I so agree that they should itemize the return.

I have returned items. using pay your own way and sometimes they get it right and sometimes they don't...but they have always made it right when brought to their attention.

Hey ,I used to work at QVC in Lancaster PA. in CS Returns Dept.

Up until Oct.2016...if a customer shipped their own way ...it was suppose to be refunded....it takes an extra step to manually put the postage in....unfortunately some CS don't take the extra time to do this

It's all about making your required amount of Returns per shift

Also ,if your item was defective or received incorrect item ...shipping should be refunded...both ways

I would definitely alway call to make sure you've been refunded correctly 😉
