I placed an order for 3 bars of soap. 1/26/24. It said shipped 1/29/24. It’s been almost two weeks and I haven’t heard anything. I go and look at my orders and on 2/16 is said my package has an exception and also said Voided Information Received. I tracked it at UPS website and it said that the shipment was cancelled. I never got an email stating it was cancelled or an offer of refund. What do I need to do in this situation?
