[ASAL]

Hi guys, does anyone know what this means? I ordered something back in April and it was marked "Ready to ship" on April 29th but then no further updates. Then on May15th it was marked "Voided Information Received". I thought I would give it a few more days since I'm sure they are backed up with shipping but I can't even get anyone on the phone or live chat to get an update. I have ordered other things since and they have shipped to me already.

Can anyone shed light on this?

Hi @ASAL I checked the order and it still appears to be in process. I am not seeing what you are. I will have this researched for you.

Hi @ASAL your order is showing In the Process of Shipping with an estimated delivery date of 6/12. I am not seeing any issues.

Alice - I wish I could include a screenshot. As of the time of this post there is no update beyond Voided Information Received on 5/15. I don't see anything about an EDD of 6/12. If this is the case, please provide a new tracking number so I can watch for updates.
